Rockhampton Terminal Refurbishment
The refurbishment of the existing terminal building at Rockhampton Airport included major extensions to the baggage handling, departure lounge and security areas. The project also included the construction of new offices, check-in counters, departure counters, car rental kiosks and a cafe. On the services side, Woollam Constructions completed the terminal with the installation of a new air-conditioning plant and equipment, as well as new lighting to concourse areas. The airport remained operational at all times during the construction period.
