Grafton Hospital Ambulatory Care

The new Grafton Hospital Ambulatory Care Unit connects the existing Grafton Base Hospital Community Health building and now comprises a state-of-the-art four-storey facility. The new health precinct now provides vital specialist services to the region’s population including Medical Specialist Outpatients Clinics; Oncology/Haematology Services; Fracture Clinic; Physiotherapy; Occupational Therapy; Podiatry; Speech Therapy and Renal Dialysis Unit.

The build was designed to connect to the west wing of the complex and busy operating Community Health Building, in which Woollam needed to guarantee minimal to zero disruption to daily operations. The team took special consideration throughout the planning and implementing stages to ensure the critical nature of the live environment would not be impacted.
